Master’s degree in related field (psychology, social work, professional counseling) required, MSW preferred. Limited license required, full license preferred. Excellent knowledge of WHS program and a sincere interest in working with adolescent clients with co-occuring disorders. Demonstrated ability to accept and work independently.
Other qualifications: Good driving record. Excellent work history. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure at required times, and able to respond to crises. Ability to work with diverse and multi-cultural client and staff population. Ability to work as a team, establish a positive professional and therapeutic working relationship with clients. Ability to successfully completely TCI training, have and maintain visual control of a group of clients (line of sight). Must recognize and identify significant forms of adolescent behavior, document and manage behavior.
