The PWLC-IC program is licensed to provide non secure residential services for males, ages 13-17. The IC program is located on the Wolverine/Vassar campus and provides treatment for clients with a full scale IQ between 60 and 70. The IC program specializes in working with clients who are certified for special education services such as Learning Disabled, Emotionally Impaired, Educable Mentally Impaired, Cognitively Impaired as well as an ADHD/ADD diagnosis.
The program of Wolverine was developed to provide services to a distinctive population of delinquent clients with educational and social living skills that are much lower than higher functioning clients. Educational Programming is provided on site by Vassar Public Schools and the Tuscola Intermediate School District including Special Education services.

When clients successfully complete the PWLC-IC program they are released back home or to community based aftercare programs. Prior to release supervised community visits are used to prepare clients for transition back into the community after they have exhibited sufficient self- control and improved maturity.
