We are excited to have Mutual of America as our new 401(k) provider! Over the next 2 weeks Sarah Bibbee, CRPS, Participant Account Executive, will be providing virtual education and enrollment sessions regarding the transfer of the retirement plan and the benefits Mutual of America offers.

Please enroll into the plan OR opt out of automatic enrollment by utilizing the Online Enrollment Process by 11/30/2020. If you do nothing you will be automatically enrolled on 12/1/2020.

Open Enrollment will begin on 11/16/2020 and run through 12/04/2020.

As a reminder to all WHS benefit eligible employees enrolling in benefits for 2021, your benefits will not automatically renew and you must enroll through Paycor.

To complete your open enrollment benefits for 2021 beginning on 11/16/2020:

  1. Login in Paycor
  2. Click on the ME tab at the top of the page
  3. Select BENEFITS from the drop down menu (this will be active on 11/16/2020).

Open Enrollment is 11/16-12/4 for eligible employees. Please review all notices sent via email to ensure you are prepared for open enrollment and to receive benefits for yourself and/or dependents. If you have not already done so, you must review the Benefits Enrollment Guide located in Paycor’s Learning Management System (LMS). You must be registered in Paycor to access the Benefits Enrollment Guide.

Wolverine Human Services continues to implement and enforce all CDC and State mandatory guidelines in order to mitigate the spread of disease.

This notice is a reminder that all WHS employees must follow ALL COVID-19 safety measures. Health related policies and protocols will be enforced as we work as a team to improve the safety of yourself, your families, our clients, your co-workers and our communities.

During the time of the Pandemic and Flu season please:

  • Wear a mask: Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when around others
  • Wash your hands often
  • Avoid close contact
  • Clean and disinfect often (especially high touch surfaces)
  • Monitor your health daily
  • If ill or exposed to disease, please contact Human Resources immediately
  • Seek medical care as necessary

This is a difficult time for all and if feeling stressed and or anxiety, please seek appropriate support.
