Brooke Moore started her job as a Transition Coordinator in the Fall of 2016. Her favorite part about her job is seeing the change in the kids as they work through the process. She loves when the kids see that they can have a future and that they are NOT their past. Her wish is that we could follow the kids to see what they do in the future and wow many enroll in trade schools and colleges. She would also love to have our Alumni come back and talk to the kids that are currently in the program.
