Foundations Behavioral Health program, located at our Pioneer Work & Learn Center (PWLC), is an intensive treatment therapy program for male clients ages 12-17. This program uses a combination of individual and group therapy, group counseling, medical services, and contracted psychological and psychiatric services. Education is provided on-site, including Edgenuity credit recovery, GED preparation and testing, and online college courses.

The Wolverine Growth & Recovery Center (WGRC) is a non-secure residential treatment facility for male clients ages 12-17. This facility houses the programs listed below. Services include counseling and therapy, educational and recreational services, as well as permanency planning. Education is provided on-site, including Edgenuity credit recovery, GED preparation and testing, and online college courses.
- WCARE-R: Program for male clients diagnosed with substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders
- Residential Foster Care: Program for male clients having experienced abuse and neglect in their past with the goal of developing healthy lifestyle options
- Phoenix Sexual Offender Program: Program for male clients to reduce recidivism by assisting adolescent males to understand precipitants to sexual offending and provides tools of relapse prevention
- Vassar Shelter: Program providing assessment, placement planning, crisis intervention, short-term placement for male clients in a state of transition
- Intensive Assessment Unit: Program providing assessment, placement planning, crisis management, and emotion regulation skills to male clients in an emotional and behavioral crisis

The Clarence Fischer Center (CFC) is a residential facility, housing Level 2 Youths. The CFC facility provides intensive services for both male clients, ages 12-17.

- Victor’s Substance Abuse Treatment (VSAT): Program for adjudicated males with cognitive impairment who need substance abuse treatment
- Victor’s Center Preferred Provider Network (PPN): Program for adjudicated males with cognitive impairment
- Victor’s Center: Program for males with significant cognitive impairment
- St. Jude’s: Group facility for males with substance use and mental health disorders
- Detroit Shelter: Program providing assessment, placement planning, crisis intervention, and short-term care for male clients ages 6-17 in a state of transition
