Wolverine Human Services and Core Orchards Team Up!Wolverine Human Services and Core Orchards Team Up!

During February, Core Orchards and the clients of Wolverine Human Services teamed up to make a delicious Caramel Apple Pizza for our New Year’s Resolution to post an apple recipe a week. The boys had a blast making this sweet dessert pizza and it was a valuable opportunity for them to learn more about the culinary arts.

JROTC Volunteer EventJROTC Volunteer Event

Wolverine Human Services would like to thank Renaissance High School’s JROTC program for helping to facilitate an incredible food distribution event with a special thanks Major Overton and team leader Russell McIntosh. Both were instrumental in orchestrating the event and displayed the upmost appreciation, cooperation, and humility throughout the entire event. We were grateful to have the JROTC groups from Detroit International Academy, King High School, Osborn High School, Western High School, East English Village High School, Detroit Collegiate High School, and Cass Tech High School for coming out to help as well.
